Tata Capital IPO 2025, the largest issue of this year, will open for subscription on October 6 and close on October 8, aiming to raise ₹15,512 crore at the upper price band.

The largest IPO of the current year, and the biggest since Hyundai Motor India’s ₹27,859-crore issue last year, Tata Capital IPO 2025 will open for public subscription from October 6 to October 8, aiming to raise ₹15,512 crore at the upper price band.
Tata Capital, the non-banking finance company, is issuing 21 crore fresh equity shares, while promoter Tata Sons and investor International Finance Corporation will sell 26.58 crore shares through an offer-for-sale. The IPO price band is set between ₹310 and ₹326 per share.
On Friday, according to sources and info Tata Capital finalized the allocation of 14.23 crore equity shares to 135 anchor investors at ₹326 per share, according to its filing with the exchanges. Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) emerged as the largest anchor investor in the Tata Capital IPO.

Tata Capital, India’s third-largest NBFC, had total loans of ₹2,33,400 crore as of June 2025. Most of its loans (87.5%) are for retail and SME customers, 80% of the loans are secured, and over 99% come from its own book.
In the grey market, Tata Capital IPO 2025 shares are trading at a 4–6% premium over the upper price band.
The Tata Capital IPO 2025 allotment date and listing will be finalized by October 9, and shares will start trading on BSE and NSE from October 13.
